If you’re not completely satisfied with your hosiery, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us via email at info@shadedhues.co.uk to request a return reference number.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the return reference number on the package.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Defective Item

In the unlikely event that your hosiery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.


Exclusions

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hosiery that has been worn, washed, or is not in its original condition. Additionally, sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
